All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom-built nature of our computers and the ordering of components specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

NRDZ PCs does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been received and the build process or component ordering has begun.

If your PC experiences a hardware or workmanship issue, please contact NRDZ PCs directly. Eligible issues will be handled in accordance with our applicable parts and labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to individual components, and we will assist customers with eligible manufacturer warranty claims when possible.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that may be required under applicable law.
